New Resource: Summer Camps for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children

Summer camp can be a powerful experience for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children. Beyond fun and outdoor activities, camp offers opportunities for language access, confidence-building, friendship, and a strong sense of belonging.

To support families in finding these opportunities, ASL Up Network has created a Summer Camp Resource Page featuring camps for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children across several states.

These camps offer a range of experiences, including language-rich environments, peer connections, and activities designed with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children in mind. Whether families are looking for adventure, social connection, or a place where communication is fully accessible, this resource provides a helpful starting point.

We know that families often spend a great deal of time searching for reliable information. This growing resource is part of ASL Up Network’s commitment to supporting families at every stage of their child’s journey — from early childhood through young adulthood.

We will continue to update this list as we learn about additional camps nationwide. If you know of a camp that serves Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and should be included, we welcome you to share that information with us.
